5.1 Absolute Maximum Ratings
The absolute maximum ratings stated in Table 20 are stress ratings under any conditions.
Stresses beyond any of these limits will cause permanent damage to EGS5.
The power supply connected to the EGS5 module shall be compliant with the SELV require-
ments defined in EN60950. Above all, the peak current of the power supply shall be limited ac-
cording to
