4. INLET AIR
In order to ensure a sufficient supply of air to the toilet, the following instructions must be observed. Avoid a cold draft in the
room by placing the ventilator as close to the toilet as possible, and preferably behind the toilet as shown in figure 2, or through
a hole in the floor as shown in figure 3.

• The ventilator must be a sufficiently dimensioned inlet air ventilator ( min. Ø 160mm / 201 cm2).
• The ventilator must always be open. Remember to clean the ventilator at regular intervals.
• Make sure toilet air supply requirements do not conflict with other use, such as fireplaces or kitchen ventilator.
• It is not a good solution to rely on open windows/doors, since these will be opened and closed due to other requirements.
• Do not use an exhaust fan in the toilet room.
NOTE! If you decide to use a wall-mounted ventilator that can be closed, make sure this ventilator always is open
whenever the toilet fan is operating. Do not install any substance in the ventilator (insulating foam etc.) which could
obstruct the free flow of air.
