Open the water gutter
cover and then check if
there are any foreign
elements in the drain hole.
When the water

gutter is not well
drained
Request A/S.
Remove foreign elements
from water gutter holes.
Is the drainage line on
the rear side of product,
bent or blocked by heavy
objects?
If the drain line is over
9.84ft (3m) long or
placed over 1ft(30cm)
above installation
surface?
Install drainage line
properly.
Install separate drainage
pump by requesting A/S.

When you use this product after long-term no use or electricity failure, irregular ice can come out.

Is "WATER FULL" LED
turned on?
When Ice does not
come out
Wait until "WATER FULL" LED
lights.
Is the tap water being
supplied?
Supply tap water and plug out
the power. Then, plug it in again
after a few seconds.
Is "ICE" LED turned on?
When "ICE" LED is on, ice
making function is progressed.
Set the "ICE" Function.
It takes approximately
5 hours to be set as Full
Ice status from Full
Water status. Please wait
for the product to be
ready.
