5.4 Assembly and installation 

FIG. 27

STEP 3 

Assemble the bottom channel frames and posts before fixing into 
the final position. Once the assembly is complete, it will be turned 
over by 180 degrees.

1.  Locate the (2) x channel frames, (4) x vertical posts and (4) x corner posts.
2.  Assemble the channel frames and corner posts.
3.  Secure the top channel frame using (32) x 10G self tapping screws.

Important: Insert the vertical posts so that the panel guides face outwards.

Note: Do not fix the bottom channel frame until Step 8. If you ordered a Gas Bottle Storage 
kit, it will include vertical posts with channels attached.
