Tightening down Toothed Wheels on Expulsion Shafts
1.Make sure the Tubes toward the front of the nest as shown .
2. Important! Rotate the Toothed Wheels so the Set Screws are toward the front and top of the nest and tighten
all of the Set Screws. Proper orientation of the Set Screws allows for easy adjustment later.
Expulsion Unit Cover
1.Fasten Covers (Item 1) to the Expulsion Unit with M8 x 16 Bolts (Item 2) as shown.
2.Screws (Item 3) can be used at the Keyhole locations for easy removal if desired (Shown but not included) .
All Expulsion Tubes toward the front of System
before tightening Set Screws.
