1. SPECIAL WARNINGS AND RESTRICTIONS
1.1 Warning
The only one person allowed to operate the chair is its user. It is important to notice
that the footrest is not an extra seating plane, so do not sit on it since the chair may
overturn and damage the mechanism. It is important to know that the relax chair you
have purchased has been tested and therefore it is safe to be used by persons up
to 110 kg of weight. Some noises when moving are normal. They are caused by the
moving of levers and their normal functioning. Special attention must be paid when
using the remote control that no persons, animals or objects are within the range of
action of the chair, to avoid injuries or damage by the moving parts under the chair.
Pay great attention to pets that could be under the relax chair.
1.2 Restrictions
Do not allow children to play with this product or to activate the mechanisms since
they may be injured by the normally moving levers. Children can use the chairs only
if accompanied by an adult. Do not smoke, do not use flames or dangerous sparkling
objects near the chair since they could cause it catch fire. Do not use the chairs in wet
environments. Do not place flammable substances onto or near the chairs.
2. POSITIONING AND INSTALLING THE LIFTING ARMCHAIR
Place the lifting armchair on a horizontal surface. Do not place by walls or near other
objects since the chair needs space for its movements. Obstacles may eventually
ruin the padding, the mechanical parts and/or to the motors of the chairs. Special
attention must be paid for chairs with casters, since they could move when the user
is sitting or rising. In the case of electric chairs, make special attention that the power
supply cable and the cable of the remote control are placed as established by the
manufacturer to avoid cuts.

4. TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
4.1 General specifications
Our lifting armchairs are made up as follows:
− frame made of wood or wood-particle boards or plywood;
− mechanism made of iron;
− for electric versions, motoring, remote controls and transformers are designed in Italy
and comply with the safety measures regarding electromagnetic compatibility (EMC)
and the voltage limits established by the law. Input 100/240 V, 50/60 Hz transformed
into DC 29V.
− padding made of rigid PU foam with variable density. Foam density according to
models is the following:
• for the backrest from Kg/m

• for the armrests from Kg/m

25 to 50;
− weight of empty chairs may vary from 30 to 70 Kg;
