ASSEMBLY AND INSTALLATION
Mount Assembly
To assemble mount:
1.
Assemble pole (40, 50, 190) to base (30) using one
3/8-16 x 1" FHCS (70). (see Figure 2)

2.
Assemble nine rubber pads (140) to bottom of base
(30) locating pads. (See Figure 3)

FTP-220, 320, 440, 221, 441 Assembly
To assemble the FTP-220, 320, 440, 221, 441:
1.
Assemble pole (see note below) to base (30) using
one 3/8-16 x 1" FHCS (70). (see Figure 2)
NOTE:
For FTP-220, FTP-221, FTP-320 use pole (40).
For FTP-440 use pole (50).
For FTP-441 use pole (190).
