Chicco’s Hip Seat Carrier is the 3-in-1 solution designed to 

meet all baby wearing needs from birth.

It consists of a rigid base and a baby carrier, which can be 

used either alone or combined, and ensures multiple posi-

tions and configurations, while respecting the ergonomics 

of parent and child and best satisfying the needs of growth 

and comfort, month after month.

TIPS FOR CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE 

CLEANING

Please refer to the care label. After each washing check that 

the fabric and seams are not worn or damaged.

Hand wash

Do not bleach

Do not tumble dry

Do not iron

Do not dry clean

WARNING:

 Before washing the base, remove the wedge 

from the compartment using the zipper A8.

MAINTENANCE

Check the seams and baby carrier regularly to ensure that 

they are not worn or damaged and that no part is missing. If 

any part is worn or missing, do not use the product.

1. RIGID BASE 

The rigid base is the ideal support for holding your child in a 

simple, fast and safe way, even with just one hand, without tak-

ing the wrong position and feeling less weight on your back. 

The base can be used with the rigid support in a central 

position or on the hip, whether right or left depending on 

your preference and necessity of the moment.

WARNINGS

•   WARNING: 

This product does not allow carrying a child 

hands free. Ensure you always hold the back of the child 

when it is sitting on the product in accordance with the 

instructions.

•   WARNING: 

Ensure that the person using the base knows 

how to use it safely. Do not allow anyone to use the prod-

uct if you have not read and understood all warnings and 

instructions.

•  Make sure that all users have the necessary physical ability 

to use this product.

•   WARNING: 

Failures in reading these instructions may 

cause risks to your child’s safety.

•   WARNING: 

Always support the child with one hand 

when using the base.

•   WARNING: 

Take care when bending or leaning forward 

or sideways.

•   WARNING: 

 Your balance may be adversely affected by 

your movement and that of your child.

•   WARNING: 

Do not use the base during sporting activities.

•   WARNING: 

Always fasten the base before accommodat-

ing your child.

•   WARNING:

 When using the base, never release the waist 

strap before removing your child.

•   WARNING: 

Constantly monitor your child and ensure the 

mouth and nose are unobstructed.

•   WARNING: 

Keep the product away from children when 

it is not in use.

•   WARNING: 

 Take care when using the base in the domes-

tic environment (e.g. sources of heat or while handling hot 

beverages).

•   WARNING:
