To Change The Saw Blade:

WARNING! 

 Make sure the Power Switch (37) 

of the Tile Saw is in its “OFF” position and 

that the unit is unplugged from its electrical 

outlet before performing this procedure.

Remove the Bolts (91), Spring Washers 

(89), and Washers (88) from the Blade 

Guard (12).  (See Figure 15.)

2.  Carefully lift up and move the Blade 

Guard (12) away from the catch on 

the top end of the motor support to 

expose the Saw Blade.   

(See Figure 16.)

3.  CAUTION!  Wear heavy-duty work 

gloves to avoid cuts to hands.

With one Wrench (71), hold the end 

of the Motor Spindle firmly and with 

the other Wrench (70) provided, 

unscrew and remove the Nut (6) by 

turning it clockwise.  Next, remove 

the Outside Flange (5) and remove 

told Blade. (See Figures 16 and 17.)

5.  Install a new Saw Blade (not 

included).  Always use Continuous 

Rim Diamond Saw Blades with a 

7” diameter, 5/8” round arbor hole, 

and rated at 3550 RPM or higher. 

(See Figure 16.)  

CAUTION!

  Never 

flip over a used Saw Blade.
