Inspection, Maintenance, and Cleaning
Procedures not specifically explained in this manual
must be performed only by a qualified technician.
Any guard or other protective device removed for servicing must be replaced before operation.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION:
Close the valve on the propane cylinder, allow the product to cool for at least 30 minutes,
and disconnect the propane cylinder before performing any procedure in this section.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM TOOL FAILURE:
Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration
occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
1.
BEFORE EACH USE,
inspect the general
condition of the product. Check for:
• tightness of all gas fittings,
• loose hardware,
• misalignment or binding of moving parts,
• cracked or broken parts,
• any other condition that may
affect its safe operation.
2.
BEFORE EACH USE,
perform a leak test using
soapy water, see number 3 on page 8.

AFTER USE,
wipe external surfaces
of the tool with clean cloth.

STORE
this product in a clean, dry location out of
reach of children. If storing indoors, first shut off and
remove the propane cylinder and leave it outdoors.
