Tool Set Up
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM
ACCIDENTAL OPERATION:
Release the Trigger and disconnect
the Battery Park prior to making
any adjustments to the tool.
Blade Installation
1. Refer to the Chart below to select the proper
Saw Blade for the material being cut.

WARNING!
Wear ANSI-approved safety goggles
and heavy-duty work gloves when changing blade.
2. Once proper blade is selected, twist
and hold Chuck (7) while inserting (or
removing) blade. See Figure 1.
NOTE:
Insert blade with back edge
against Roller Wheel (13).

3. Once blade is installed, release Chuck.
4. Pull on blade to verify that it
is properly engaged.
Selecting Cutting Mode
1. The Jigsaw comes with four cutting modes
(three cutting settings and 1 straight cutting
mode). To change cutting mode, turn
Adjusting Knob (34) to the desired setting.
2. The settings are:
a. 0 = Straight line cutting (for
plastics and mild steel)
b. 1 = Small orbit (for aluminum
and hard wood)
c. 2 = Medium orbit (for wood, plywood
and fast cutting of aluminum)
d. 3 = Large orbit (for fast cutting wood
and plywood)
Charging Area Set Up
1.
Use on dry, flat, fireproof surface
only.
The Charger gets hot during
use. The Charger’s heat can build
up to unsafe levels and create a
fire hazard if it does not receive adequate
ventilation, due to an electrical fault, or if it is
used in a hot environment. Do not place the
Charger on a flammable surface.
2. Do not obstruct any vents on the Charger.
