9. Check pressed sandwiches or food at 5 minutes or according to recipe time.
Grasp the lid handle and carefully lift the upper grill plate to check doneness.
Adjust TEMPERATURE if needed, and continue grilling until the food is cooked
to your liking.
10. Wearing oven mitts, remove grilled food from the grill plate.
CAUTION HOT SURFACES:
The stainless steel drip tray become very hot during
use. Proper precautions must be taken to prevent the risk of burns.
11. If additional sandwiches are to be cooked, close the Panini Grill to retain heat.

When sandwiches are finished cooking, press the ON/OFF (I/O) switch to
OFF (O), then remove plug from electrical outlet.
13. Allow the Panini Grill to cool completely before removing the drip tray or
cleaning the unit.
USER MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user serviceable parts. Do not
try to repair it yourself. Contact a qualified appliance repair technician if the product
requires servicing.
SAFETY AND TROUBLESHOOTING
1. This appliance is equipped with a thermal cutoff safety device to prevent
overheating.
2. If the appliance has shut down automatically, press the ON/OFF (I/O) switch
OFF (O) and unplug from the electric outlet. Allow approximately 10 minutes
for the unit to cool down.
3. Plug the power cord back into the outlet, press the ON/OFF (I/O) switch to turn
the unit ON (I) and continue grilling.
CARE & CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
CAUTION:
Unplug from electrical outlet and allow to cool thoroughly before removing
the drip tray or cleaning the unit.
1. When the Panini Grill has cooled completely and is safe to handle, pull the
removable drip tray out from the front of the unit.
2. Clean drip tray in warm, soapy water.
3. Brush grill plates with a clean, brush or cloth.
CAUTION:
Never immerse Panini Grill body in water or other liquids.
For best results: Never use cold water to clean warm grill plates.
4. Slide the clean removable drip tray into the front of the unit. Make sure the drip
tray is fully inserted.
5.
The exterior finish should be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner and a soft,
damp cloth. Dry thoroughly.
6. This appliance cannot be cleaned by water jet.
