Accessory items such as the cooking grate, smoker box and half racks can be
stored on board the Smoker, Roaster, & Grill as shown.

The Smoker Box has a clip that secures it into one of the four vent holes on
the top ring of the appliance. Insert the clip as shown. When smoking, you will
use the smoker box with the cooking basket.
