CONVERSION OF 11301714 CHARCOAL GRILL TO AN OFFSET SMOKER.

This tabletop grill can be used to convert a model

11301714 Charcoal Grill

into an offset smoker. Be aware that the

conversion involves above average metalworking skills and tools not typically available to the average consumer. Also be
aware that once this conversion is complete, it is not reversible.

Be sure to wear safety equipment suitable for this job such as gloves and safety glasses.

Be sure to read through this procedure completely in order to familiarize yourself with the steps before attempting this

conversion.

Special tools needed for this conversion:

First, remove the ash pan, cooking grates, and charcoal grate from the grill and lay them aside. Next, remove the side
handle and damper wheel from the Tabletop grill. The side handle and damper wheel and hardware will not be reused.

CAUTION: Wear Safety Glasses and Gloves!

Using a hammer and cold chisel, remove the pre-punched panel from the side of the tabletop. Use the Chisel to break
through the tabs located around the perimeter of the removable panel. Be careful to use just enough force to break the
tabs and loosen the panel.
