Spark plug wire disconnected.
Reconnect wire.
Engine Throttle Control Lever incorrectly
set.
Put lever in START position.
Fuel tank empty.
Add fuel.
Choke control (if so equipped) in incorrect
position.
Move to CHOKE position.

Drain fuel and add fresh fuel.
