Generator exhaust contains carbon monoxide. This is a
poison you cannot see or smell.
6. The generator will attempt to start up to six (6) times in
gasoline mode or (4) times in LPG mode. If the generator
fails to start, please refer to the Troubleshooting Guide in
this operator’s manual.
Stopping your Generator With iLINK
If you choose to stop your generator using iLINK, the
Bluetooth® module will remain active/ready for up to 12 hours,
depending on generator battery level.

2a. Bluetooth will remain on for 12 hours and generator will
remain in standby mode with the amber power button
light blinking. You may choose to restart your generator
using iLINK at any time during this 12 hour period.

Stopping for long period greater than 12 hours:
3a. Turn off and unplug all electrical loads.
3b. Let the generator run at no-load for several minutes.
3c. Turn the fuel select dial to the “OFF” position.
If running on propane (LPG), shut off propane at the
source.
Disconnecting From Your Generator
1. From the “Dashboard” screen click the Menu icon.
2. Click “Disconnect”.

NOTICE
Disconnecting the app from your generator while it is running
will not cause the generator to stop.

Please disconnect the app from the generator when the
generator is not in use.
iLINK Wireless App FAQ
These FAQs relate to the functionality of the iLINK app and how
it relates to the generator. There may be other trouble resolution
found in the troubleshooting section of this manual.
What is iLINK?

The iLINK app allows the user to start, stop, and monitor
their portable generator through a smart device.
Does iLINK cost anything to use?
–
No, iLINK is free to download and use. It is not required
for use with your generator. You will be able to physically
(manually or electrically) start and stop your generator as
normal.
iLINK will not connect to my generator or “Generator
Connection Failed.”
–
Out of the box, the generator has a default name of
“Champion Generator#”. See iLINK “Opening The iLINK
App” and “Connecting To Your Generator” sections. If you
are still unable to connect, press the button behind the
operator panel and hold for 7 seconds.
