MOUNT THE DOOR OPERATOR AND ATTACH THE CHAIN
1. Raise the door operator to approximate mounting position. Align the drive sprocket
with the door sprocket.
NOTE:
The drive sprocket can be mounted in one of three positions to aid in the
alignment of the drive sprocket with the door sprocket.
2. Wrap the chain around the door sprocket and drive sprocket.
3. Connect the ends of the chain using the master link.
4. Raise or lower the door operator until the chain is taut but not tight. Make sure the
door operator motor shaft is parallel to the door shaft.
5. Fasten the operator to the mounting surface with the appropriate hardware
(not provided).
6. Tighten the drive sprocket bolts using a 5/32" Allen wrench.
