manufacturer’s instructions. Make sure that your feet always a safe
distance away from the mower blade! Do not start the motor if you
are positioned in front of the chute.
41. ► Do not touch the cutting blade until the machine has been
disconnected from the mains and the cutting blade has reached a
complete standstill.
42. ► Never lift or carry the mower whilst the motor is running.
43. ► Switch off the motor and pull the plug before you leave the lawn
mower.
44. ► Allow the motor to cool down before you place the machine in
enclosed rooms for storage.
45. ► Check the grass collector at regular intervals for signs of wear and
to ensure that it is still in perfect working order.
46. ► Before you adjust or clean the mower or check whether the mains
lead is kinked or damaged, switch off the mower and disconnect the
plugfrom the power supply.
47. ► Ensure that you do not push the mower over routes where the
extension cable might become snagged or cannot move freely.
48. ► Do not switch the mower on and off frequently over a short period
of time, and in particular do not play with the ON/OFF switch. Check
the grass collector frequently for wear or deterioration. Replace
worn or damaged parts for safety.
49. ► As a result of the voltage fluctuations this mower causes as it gets
up to speed, other equipment connected to the same circuit may
suffer faults if the mains supply is not in perfect condition. In this case
suitable action has to be taken (for example connect the mower to a
different cicuit).
50. ► This equipment is not designed to be used by people (including
children) with limited physical,sensory or mental capacities or those
with no experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by
a person who is responsible for their safety or they have received
instructions from such a person in how to use the equipment safely.
Children must always be supervised in order to ensure that they do
not play with the equipment.
