Combined plugs
Let air out of the beer plug. Remove
the plug cover.
Simple piercing with the connecting
tube (26).
No tools or adaptors are needed.
Vent plugs
Remove the plug cover.
The tool (24) is needed to open the
beer keg.
Remove the plug cover.
Pierce with the connecting tube (26).
Plastic vent
plugs
The tool (24) is needed to open the
beer keg.
Remove the plug cover.
Pierce with the connecting tube (26).
Use the tool (24) to remove vent plugs or plastic
plugs.
Place the tool underneath the plug and push the
handles together until the plug is cut through (fig.
2).
Insert one of the silicon adaptors (22) into the beer
keg opening.
Please note:
Do not dispose of the silicon adaptor
(22) with the empty beer keg. The silicon adaptors
(22) can be reused. Clean it with a mild washing up
liquid and use it for the next beer keg.
Mounting the dispensing unit onto the beer keg
Please note:
Let the beer keg rest for at least one hour before
piercing it with the dispensing unit (3) to avoid beer spraying out from
the keg.
Wet the connecting tube (26) before you insert it into the beer keg.
Mount the dispensing unit (3) with the connecting tube (26) in an
upright position onto the beer keg. Make sure that the connecting
tube (26) fits perfectly into the corresponding opening in the beer
keg.
Push the entire dispensing unit (3) down into the keg. The connecting
tube (26) should completely disappear into the beer keg (fig. 3).
Now mount the dispensing unit with the back clip onto the beer keg.
Push the dispensing unit down at the front until you hear it click into
place. The dispensing unit (3) is now correctly secured onto the beer keg.
Please note:
After the keg is pierced, the beer will remain fresh for approx. 1 week provided that
the dispenser is on and has a full CO
2
cartridge.
Pay attention to the best-before date on the beer keg. The beer keg
should not be damaged in any way.
Placing the beer keg with the dispensing unit into the
dispenser
Push the button (17) on the dispenser to open the lid (1).
Place the dispensing unit (3) with the beer keg into cooling chamber
(18). Hold the dispensing unit (3) by its handle (2) (fig. 4).
