MORE SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
 This appliance is intended to be used in household and similar applications such as:

staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and other working environments, farm houses;

by clients in hotels, motels and other residential type environments;

bed and breakfast type environments.
 The appliance is not suitable for installation in an area where a water jet could be used.
 The appliance must not be cleaned by a water jet.
 This appliance is suitable for household and indoor use only.
 Check regularly the supply cord and plug for damage. If the cable of this unit becomes damaged, it
must be replaced by the manufacturer or customer service, or a similarly qualified person in order to
avoid potential hazards.

Do not use the device if the device or power cord is visibly damaged or the unit has already fallen
once before.
 If an extension cord is used, its capacity needs to be suitable for the power consumed by the
appliance.
 In case of damage or malfunction, unplug the appliance immediately.
 Place the unit on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface, away from gas flames or stoves and
heaters.

Do not pull the mains plug out of the socket by the cable and do not wind the cable around the unit.
 Never try to repair the unit yourself. In the event of any malfunction, you should have the unit
repaired by qualified persons only. Do not open the housing under any circumstances. Risk of
electric shock!
 Never use accessories which are not recommended by the manufacturer. They could pose a safety
risk to the user and might damage the appliance. Only use original parts and accessories.
 Do not immerse the appliance in water or any other liquid.

Never touch the mains plug with wet or moist hands.
 Unplug the appliance after use and before cleaning.
 Do not heat the unit when it is empty.
 Let the appliance cool down in a location out of reach of children or persons with limited mental
abilities before cleaning.
 Take note of the filling marks MAX on the inner side of the container. Do not fill too much or too
little liquid in the container.
 This appliance is classified as protection class I and must be connected to a protective ground.
