Guarantee Claim Form
The Guarantee given by Chad-O-Engineering (Pty) Ltd covers the working
components, on all Chad-O-Chef Gas Grills for the period of 3 Years,
covering manufacturing defects caused in the manufacturing process. This
does not cover component malfunction if the product is not installed by a
registered Gas Installer, or if the product is modified after leaving the
factory.
Chad-O-Engineering (Pty) Ltd will not be held responsible in the event of
rust. Stainless Steel is inherently corrosion resistant when compared to
other metals, due to its thin protective surface layer. This does not mean
that it is rust-proof & it will require regular maintenance to preserve this
protective surface layer. Customers staying in areas or homes with higher
atmospheric corrosion will be expected to purchase the coastal grade
stainless steel option, along with regular maintenance to enjoy the high-
quality standards that is to be expected from Chad-O-Chef.
Read your complete Instruction manual & ensure that you understand it
fully. Your product invoice & gas installation certificate are required when
applying for a guarantee claim.
