Emissions Warranty Period:
CFMOTO warrants that each new 2020 and later CFMOTO motorcycle that includes as standard
equipment a headlight, taillight, stoplight and is street-legal, is free from defects in material and
workmanship which cause such motorcycle to fail to conform with applicable regulations of the United
States Environmental Protection Agency or the California Air Resources Board for a period of use of fi ve (5)
Years or 30,000km (18,641 miles), whichever occurs fi rst for 300cc or above motorcycles, and a period of
use of fi ve (5) Years or 12,000 km (7456 miles), whichever comes fi rst for 125cc motorcycles.
The emissions control system may include parts such as:

For exhaust emissions, emission-related components include any engine parts related to the following
systems:
1. Air-induction system
2. Fuel system
3. Ignition system
4. Exhaust gas recirculation systems
II.
The following parts are also considered emission-related components for exhaust emissions:
1. Aftertreatment devices
2. Crankcase ventilation valves
3. Sensors
4. Electronic control units
