To Replace The Cutting Blades:
1.
CAUTION: Prior to replacing the Blades (part #22), make sure the Power
Switch (part #21A*) is in its “OFF” position and that the Power Cord
(part #22A*) is unplugged from its electrical power outlet. (See Figure D.)
2.
Loosen and remove the
two
Screws (part #19) from the Chip Deflector (part #18).
Then, remove the Chip Deflector.

3.
Carefully rotate the Cutterhead (part #20) towards you until it locks in position.

4.
Loosen and remove the
six
Screws (part #19) located on the Gib (part #23).
(See Figure E.)
5.
Remove the two Magnets (part #125) provided to remove the Gib (part #23) from
the Cutterhead (part #20).

6.
Use the two Magnets (part #125) to remove the Blade (part #22) from the
Cutterhead (part #20).

7.
Replace the Blade (part #22), using the two Magnets (part #125). Use the short
pins on both sides of the Cutterhead (part #20) to position the Blade properly.

8.
Replace the Gib (part #23) over the Blade (part #22), using the two Magnets
(part #125).

9.
Secure the Gib (part #23) in position, using the six Screws (part #19).
10.
To reach the second Blade (part #22), depress the Latch on the right side of
