Report 

User can view reports relating with User Information and Device Information which they 

are managing. Besides, they can also export above information to excel file.

Update Firmware 

Go to the Update Firmware tab.   

There are two ways to update firmware. 

 

The first way: Updating firmware from server 

 

Step  1:  Press  “Check  New  Firmware”  button  and  choose  the  new  Version  (normally 

choose the newest version. 

Users can always use the older version

).
