These Radiance models feature capability to remotely connect to the unit to collect
machine status information such as product levels, total ounces and number of drinks dispensed, current water
temperature, and dispenser status.
1. First set up the KG 500 box on the local network. You will need a static IP address for the box. Record the
MAC address of the KG 500 box (located on a decal on the bottom of the KG500).
2. If there is no video screen on the Radiance unit, connect a screen using the HDMI port on the back side of the
door.
3. Connect a mouse to the Wi-Fi USB port on the back side of the door. Click anywhere, then select the center
icon at the bottom of the screen.
4. Open Grindmaster Connect™ app:
Enter information in the following fields:
From a computer or other elctronic device, log into Grindmaster Connect

at https://gmcw.kbfsm.com/.
Grindmaster Customer Service Department will supply Username and Password.
