REGULATING DOSING
When it leaves the factory the machine is regulated at about 7 grams, but it is possible to turn the
dose regulating knob (11 Fig. 2) to adjust this amount between about 5.5 grams and 9 grams
(see Fig. 6).
Each complete turn of the knob corresponds to about 0.5 grams of ground coffee: turn it clockwise
to decrease the dose, turn it counter-clockwise to increase the dose.
