NJECTOR INSTALLATION
The injector permits to inject PH- and PH+ product necessary quantity to correct the pH of water. The injector
has absolutely to be placed after PH probe and as close as possible to the pool outlet.
P
OOL COVER
This input must be connected to the limit switch contact of the pool cover. The contact must be dry, i.e.
potential free and closes when the cover is in place. This contact informs
Limpido Z2
®
that the cover is in
place and can therefore adapt its production. A significant share of the chlorine consumption is related to the
exposure to solar UV rays and the frequency of use. When the pool is covered, the need for chlorine is
therefore greatly reduced. In
Automatic
mode (thermo regulated),
Limpido Z2
®
cuts the chlorine production
by 4. For instance, the daily production rate goes from 8h to 2h if the cover is kept closed.
E
LECTRICAL CONNECTION
For safety reasons, the
Limpido Z2
®
casing must be installed more than 3m 50 from the edge of the pool.
The casing must be placed on a flat and stable platform. It must be powered by 230V single-phase 50Hz and
protected by a 30mA current device in accordance with applicable regulations.
Limpido Z2
®
is fitted with a flow switch (integrated in the cell) and
must not be connected to the
filtration
. The electrolysis cell is directly connected to the box by a specific connector mounted on the end of
the cord.
NB: you are strongly advised to arrange for a qualified professional to establish the electrical
connection.
IMPORTANT: the cell must be installed on the right flow direction
:
Crystal tube coming from
the outlet of the dosing
pump. The tube is placed
on injector by screwing
the upper nut of injector.
Injector
must
be
screwed with TEFLON
on the clamp saddle.
The clamp saddle is to
be located on the
pipes.
