Assembling the meat grinder
Remove and safely discard any packaging material and promotional labels before using the
appliance for the fi rst time.
Before you use the appliance for the fi rst time clean thoroughly the appliance and accessories
that will come into touch with food in mild water with cleaning detergent, then rinse in clean
water and dry thoroughly. External surface wipe with soft cloth damped in mild water with
cleaning detergent and then dry thoroughly.
1. Insert the worm shaft into the grinder
head (metal end part forwards).
2. Place the cutting blade on the other end
part of the worm shaft. The cutting edge
should face outwards from the grinder
head. When installing the cutting blade
pay higher attention in order not to hurt
yourself.
3. Place a grinding disc onto the cutting
blade. The choice of the right grinding
disc depends on the meat consistency
you prefer). When installing the disc,
make sure that the notch of the grinding
disc fi ts onto the projections of the
grinder head.
4. Now you can place a screw ring which
you can fi x by turning clockwise.
WARNING
THE CUTTING BLADE IS VERY SHARP. PAY HIGH ATTENTION WHEN
HANDLING WITH THE CUTTING BLADE.
