We at Catler are very safety conscious. We design and manufacture consumer products with 
the safety of you, our valued customer foremost in mind. In addition we ask that you exercise 
a degree of care when using any electrical appliance and adhere to the following precautions:

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS FOR YOUR MEAT GRINDER MG 4010

• 

This appliance is not intended for use 
by persons (including children) with 
reduced physical, sensory or mental 
capabilities, or lack of experience and 
knowledge, unless they have been given 
supervision or instruction concerning use 
of the appliance by a person responsible 
for their safety. 

• 

Children should be supervised to ensure 
that they will not play with the appliance. 

• 

Carefully read all instructions before 
operation and save for future reference.

• 

Remove and safely discard any packaging 
material and promotional labels before 
using the appliance for the fi rst time.

• 

Before you use the appliance for the fi rst 
time clean thoroughly the appliance and 
accessories that will come into touch 
with food. 

• 

Before you plug the appliance in, always 
make sure the voltage stated on the 
rating label corresponds to the voltage in 
the mains. 

• 

This appliance has been designed only 
for household use and for preparation 
common quantity of food. Do not the 
appliance for commercial use. 

• 

Do not place the appliance near the edge 
of a bench or table during operation. 
Ensure that the surface is level, clean and 
free of water.

• 

Do not place the appliance on or near 
a hot gas burner, electric element or 
where it could touch a heated oven. Do 
not operate the appliance on a sink drain 
board.

• 

Keep the appliance out of extreme heat 
and moisture. Under no circumstances 

immerse the motor unit into water or any 
other liquid, nor rinse it under running 
water. In case of immersing the motor 
unit in water, immediately unplug the 
power cord from the power outlet. Do 
not use the appliance with wet hands.

• 

Before operation, ensure the appliance 
is correctly assembled according to the 
instructions provided in this instruction 
manual. 

• 

Do not leave the appliance unattended in 
operation.

• 

If you do not use the appliance for a long 
time, before assembling / disassembling, 
or you attempt to clean it, move it or 
store it, always turn the appliance off  
fi rstly and then unplug the power cord 
from the power outlet. When replacing 
the accessories or other parts that move 
while using or before disassembling the 
appliance, wait until the movable parts 
stop.

Always use the original accessories. 
Never use other accessories from other 
manufacturers.

• 

Never use the appliance with 
programmer, timer or any other similar 
parts that turn on the appliance 
automatically.

• 

Never use your fi ngers or other objects 
to push ingredients down the food chute 
while the appliance is running. Only the 
pusher is to be used for this purpose 
which is supplied together with this 
appliance.

• 

Do not attempt to grind bones, nuts or 
other hard items.
