Before Use
• Carefully unpack your coffee grinder and
remove all packing materials.
• To remove any dust that may have
accumulated during packaging, wipe the
grinding bowl, blades with a damp lint-free
cloth or sponge. Use extreme care as the
blades are sharp.
• The transparent cover can be immersed in
water for cleaning, dry thoroughly.
Caution: Never immerse the
motor base in water for cleaning
and do not fill the grinding bowl
with water for cleaning.
Operation
1. Place the grinder on a flat surface.
2. Assemble the grinding bowl into the motor
base, and then turn the bowl clockwise until a
click sound is heard. When disassembling, turn
the bowl anti-clockwise to detach it.
3. Pour dry spices or coffee beans into the
grinding bowl, it must be noted the quantity of
should not exceed 60g.
4. Attach the transparent cover and plug into the
power outlet.
5. Press and hold the power switch, the appliance
will start operating. Release the power switch,
the appliance will stop operating.
NOTE: Do not operate this
appliance continuously for
more than 30 seconds. Allow
appliance to cool down for 3
minute between two continuous
cycles.
6. View the consistency of ground product
through the transparent cover.
IMPORTANT: If necessary to
remove the cover to check
the consistency of the coffee
grounds, it must be noted you
should never remove the cover
until blades come to a complete
stop.
7. Once the desired grind is obtained, release
power switch and unplug the power cord from
the outlet.
Grinding Tips
This grinder can only grind dry, brittle foods. It
will not grind anything moist, extremely hard, or
gummy such as whole ginger, chocolate, sesame
seeds or nutmeg. Never use the grinder to chop
ice cubes.
Spices, freshly ground peppercorns etc. may have
a strong aroma and a taste that may affect the
flavour of coffee beans ground afterward. You may
want to purchase a separate grinder if you plan to
grind coffee and spices.
