16 Washer (M3 hole x silver aluminum) * Use only with 3mm optioned main base plate *
2 Arm Brace (3mm or 4mm CF)
Assembly Process:
Solder the motors to the ESC's (motor to ESC wiring is not shown in this manual). ESC's can be held down to the arm with
some double sided stick tape and then protected by surrounding the arm/ESC with heat shrink tubing or colored vinyl
tape. Install the motors using fasteners as detailed below. It is
very important to use washers along with the screws for a
3mm optioned base plate. If you are assembling the 4mm optioned base plate do not use washers. The washers are
there to ensure screw threads don't extend up too far into the underside of the motor and won't contact motor
windings. At this point you have the option of running with or without arm braces. If you decide to run without braces
do not use the 10mm long screws. Use only 6mm long screws. Please note the braces are meant to be sacrificial and
work to spare the main base plate's arms from crash damage by distributing crash loading through two arms instead of
one.
