D. TROUBLESHOOTING
d.1 Alarms
In case of anomaly, the stove enter into shutdown process , when this happen you will see,
on the emergency panel, the LEDs indicating the status of operation and the alarm code on
the 3-digits display
ALARM TROUBLE SOLUTION
A01 Ignition failure
Check for the presence of pellets into the hopper.
Check that the brazier is correctly positioned and
has not clogged air intake holes.
Visually inspect the ignition spark gets hot..

Fire off Shutdown due to a lack of pellet(check the
presence of pellet into the hopper)
A03
Overheating of pellet
tank and stove body. The vantilation is not enough or the air fans are
faulty. Contact authorized service center.
A04
Too high smoke
temperature
Let the stove cool down.
Turn the stove on to check if the trouble remains.
Check the flue and the quality of the pellet being
used
A05 Pressostat alarm
Check obstructions in the flue and in the flue
pipes. Check that stove door is close.

Smoke extractor
failure
Contact authorized service center.
A09 Smoke probe failure. Contact authorized service center.
A10 Ignition spark failure Contact authorized service center.

A18 Overheating of firebox
The ventilation is not enough or the air fans are
faulty. Contact authorized service center.
The table above shows the list of alarms signalled by the stove, indicating the code that
appears on the emergency panel, and helpful tips to solve the problem.
After you have removed the cause of alarm, to restore the proper operation of the stove you
must :
- complete the shutdown cycle off, press P1key on the emergency panel for more than 2
