I) TROUBLESHOOTING
IF THE PROPOSED REMEDIES DO NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM, CONTACT THE AFTER-SALES SERVICE
NO WEDGES ARE INSERTED INTO
THE MOULDING
-The cartridge of wedges is finished
-The wedge distributor is clogged
-The wedge spring is broken or relaxed
-The wedge driver blade is broken
-Top clamp/Moulding distance higher than
5cm (2’’)
-Load a new cartridge of wedges
-Clean it
-Check the state of the spring and
replace it if necessary
-Change the wedge driver blade (page
13-14)
-Reposition the adjustable rod clamp
at less than 5cm from the moulding
THE WEDGE IS NOT FULLY
INSERTED INTO THE
MOULDING
-Top clamp/Moulding distance higher than
5cm (2’’)
-Wedge driver blade is damaged
-Air supply pressure less than 6 bar
-Reposition the adjustable rod clamp
at less than 5cm from the moulding
-Replace the wedge driver blade
-Increase the pressure
THE WEDGE BREAKS
-Material of moulding is too hard -Use hard wood or MDF wedges

-The first moulding was not pushed firmly against the back fence 1 (page 10)
STAINS ON BACK
-Too much grease on the wedge driver blade -Clean the wedge driver blade
THE CROSSBAR DOES NOT LIFT
UP AUTOMATICALLY
-Wedge jammed in the wedge distributor
block
-Distance between bottom of top clamp and
top of moulding is more than 50mm
-Dismount the wedge distribution
block to remove the wedge (page 15)
-Reposition the plunger and expel any
wedge that may have gone into the
wedge distributor block

- The pressure of the pre-clamping piston

- Use the “ pre-clamping adjutment
valve ”to adjust the piston pressure until
the lever is easy enough to be set
- Perform again preclamping procedure
