15.9 Using the "cook factor"
The cook factor can be usedand stored for a programme.

Select program modus
Press and hold the Powerlevel button– the display shows
„Program“.

Select cook program
Set the desired cook program using the numeric keys (Time set
pad 1 - 0) one - the display shows it.

Select cook factor
Press the button X2, - the display shows the cook factor in
use.
Select cook factor desired by pressing the numeric keys
(1=10%, 0=100%) – the display shows the cook factor.
Factory setting for cook factor is 80% - CF:80.

Save
Press the program after the election the Start button to save
your settings.
To delete the keys, press the Stop.
15.10 Cooking charts
The times given in the following charts are a guideline only.
Many factors e.g. starting temperature of the food can affect the
final heating time required. The cooking and defrosting times
must be adjusted when necessary.
All times are tested using foods at starting temperatures as
below ;
chilled foods -------- approx. +5°C
frozen foods -------- approx. -20°C
Please note
► After halfway of defrosting the food must be turned or stirred.
► Stop the oven occasionally to remove the unthawed frozen
food or to separate it. If the frozen food has not been
defrosted at the end of the estimated defrosting time,
proceed as follows:
► Programme the oven in 1 minute increments, until the frozen
food is completely defrosted.
