Follow the instructions to unpack the product (with care, the empty device weight is over 25
Kg!).
Once the device is extracted from the box, make sure that the switch connector (located in the
rear of the device) is in OFF position (
O ) and with the supplied cable, connect it to the electrical
power line (see characteristics on point 5).

Insert the supplied drivers CD on your computer or use the installation method given by your
distributor.
Now connect the USB cable (A type) to the PC/POS. The system will proceed to the drivers
installation. ATTENTION: USB connexion must be
2.0 compliant .
Once installed, you could already switch the device into ON position (

Switch the device ON and connect it to your ethernet o directly to the ethernet port of your
POS (depending of the type of POS, is possible that you’d need a cross ethernet cable). The
device has the DHCP active. In case it was necessary, you may change the device ethernet
configuration to make it visible on your LAN.
