This warranty does not cover:
a) Any type of damage (tangible and intangible) resulting from accidents such as fires or other
events such as: floods, earthquakes, shock, rises and decreases stress, theft, etc.
b) Damage resulting from use of any of its components.
c) Regular cleaning services, which shall be done by the customer, and that are necessary to ensure
the good operation of the product
d) Damage caused by the use of parts not manufactured or sold by CashKeeper S.L.
e) Damage or data lost caused by malfunction of the product, by the own customer computer (point
of sale) or by the approved software to manage CashKeeper.
Expenses out of warranty:
When the warranty has expired, repair and transport costs will be paid by the customer.
How to activate the warranty:
To enforce the warranty of this product it should be filled the data listed in the DATA SHEET and sent

Warranty limitation
WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE TERMS EXPRESSED IN THIS WARRANTY, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE
CASHKEEPER S.L. WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT OR INDIRECT DAMAGE (INCLUDING
WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOST OF DATA OR LOST OF PROFITS) OR FOR ANY LOSSES OR DAMAGES
THAT RESULTS DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OR MALFUNCTION OF THE PRODUCT, IN
ANY FOUNDATION OF THE CLAIM (CONTRACTUAL O EXTRACONTRACTUAL).
