Troubleshooting
ERRO: F1, F2, F3
There is a sensor error. Please contact your service partner.
ERRO: IR
The first IR sensor reports an error. Please contact your service
partner.
ERRO: Communicate
The AD board of the counterfeit sensor reports an error. Please
contact your service partner.
ERRO: STUCK
Coins block the hopper, the counterfeit sensor or the running rail.
Please check the device for this blockage and continue the
counting process by pressing STOP/START.
ERRO: Count 1, Count 2, Count 3
The respective IR sensor is dirty or defective. Please clean the
device and contact your service partner if the error persists.
CAUTION: Batch
The set counting stop has been reached (see Batch Counting
section of this manual)
ERRO: Sorting
An error occurred during counting. Please check if a coin has
been sorted incorrectly.
Changing the fuse
The CCE 4400 is protected by a fuse that you can easily replace if necessary.
Before replacing the fuse, please switch off the machine and remove the mains plug from the device. Failure to do so may result in
death due to electric shock.
Remove the fuse cover and replace it with an equivalent fuse. The lock of the fuse must be pressed tight again after changing.
