MICCONVECTION
Combining microwave and convection cooking
allows for rapid fast cooking whilst also browning,
as some food items such as chicken and other
meats require. This oven has four pre-programmed
settings that make it easy to cook with both
convection heat and microwave automatically.
Press MICRO+CONVECTION button and then use
the numbers 1-4 to program the convection
temperature:

Suppose you want to bake a cake for 24 minutes on
COMB3.
1. Press MICRO+CONVECTION
2. Use the numbers 1-4 to enter the
convection temperature. In this case, press
number 3.
3. Use the numerical pad to enter the cooking
time. In this case, press numbers 2 and 4.
4. Press the START button to start.
NOTE:
The maximum cooking time is 9 hours, 99
minutes. After the time has elapsed four beeps
sound and END appears on the display. Press
CANCEL or open the door to clear the display
before starting another cooking function. You can
check the convection temperature while cooking
is in progress by pressing the
MICRO+CONVECTION
button.
DEFROST
Suppose you want to defrost frozen food for five
minutes.
1. Press the DEFROST button.
2. Use the numerical pad to enter the
defrosting time. In this case, press 5 and
double zero.
3. Press the START button.
NOTE:
1. For either raw or previously cooked
frozen food the rule of thumb is
approximately 8 minutes per pound (17½
minutes per kg).
2. Always stop the oven periodically to
remove or separate the portions that are
defrosted. If food is not defrosted at the
end of the estimated defrosting time,
program the oven in 1-minute increments
until totally defrosted.
3. When using plastic containers from the
freezer, defrost only long enough to
remove from plastic in order to place in a
microwave-safe dish.
4. The maximum defrosting time is 99
minutes plus 99 seconds. After the time
has elapsed four beeps sound and END
appears on the display. Press CANCEL or
open the door to clear the display before
starting another cooking function.
MULTI-STAGE COOKING
Your oven can be programmed for up to 3 automatic
cooking sequences. DEFROST can only be
selected before the cooking stage in a program.
Suppose you want to set the following cooking
program.
Defrost - Microwave cooking – Convection
(without preheat function)
1.
Press the DEFROST button.
2.
Use the numerical pad to enter the
defrosting time.
3.
Press POWER to set the power level.
4.
Use the numerical pad to enter the cooking
time.
5.
Press the CONVECTION button.
6.
Use the numerical pad to program the
convection temperature.
7.
Use the numerical pad to enter the
convection cooking time.
8.
Press the START button
