BIA mEASUrEmENT
• Press the platform centre and remove your foot or press UNIT button to turn on the
scale. “0.0” will be displayed.
• Press the DOWN key shortly three times and then perss and hold the DOWN key until
the indicator of Body Fat lights up.
• Then the value of BIA will be shown on LCD and then turn off.
• NOTE:
If you press the DOWN key shortly three
times and then perss and hold the
DOWN key, it will quit BIA measurement,
and display the measurement results
three times: Body Fat, Total Body Water,
Muscle Mass, Bone Mass.
• Press SET button to set up your own information, including User ID, Gender, Stature, and Age.

• Step on the platform barefooted when the LCD displays “0.0”.
• Stand still and keep full contact with the electrodes
until the progress bar stops flashing.
