Failure to follow all instructions listed below may result in electric shock, fire and damage to the property.
Keep these instructions in a safe and easily accessible place.
• Read these instructions carefully before using the appliance. Follow all the safety instructions in order to avoid damage
caused by improper use. Should this appliance be transferred to a third person, the operating instructions must be handed
as well.
• Use the appliance exclusively according to these instructions. The manufacturer will not be held responsible for damages
caused by ignoring the safety instructions.
• Always disconnect the appliance by pulling the plug, but never by pulling the power cable itself.
• Make sure that the appliance if firmly and securely fastened. Route the power cable so that it does not interfere the driving
procedure.
• The appliance must be fastened so that it does not cause a safety hazard in case of collision or hard braking.
• Do not operate the appliance whilst driving.
• Do not operate the appliance when the cigarette lighter plug, cable, and appliance are damaged. Should any of these parts
be damaged, do not use the appliance. Maintenance work must be handled by qualified electricians only.
• Always disconnect the power cable from the cigarette lighter socket when you are not using the appliance.
• If a replacement of the power cable is necessary, the procedure has to be performed by the manufacturer or their approved
agent in order to avoid a safety hazards.
• Never leave the appliance unattended during operation.
• Keep the appliance away from children. Children may not understand or recognize possible risks when handling electrical
appliances.
• Do not open casing of the appliance.
Risk of electric shock!
• Using the appliance for extended periods of time can completely discharge car’s battery.
• Using improper voltage may result in damage to the appliance and possible injury to the user. The correct voltage is listed on
the rating plate.
• Do not expose the appliance to rain or wet conditions. Ensure that plug and power cable are free from moisture. Never switch
on the appliance with moist or wet hands.
Risk of electric shock!
• Disconnect the power cable whenever engine is turned off for extended periods of time. The power does not turn off after
switching off the engine in some cars. If the plug is left connected, the battery may become discharged or damaged.
