To consider when sitting the cabinet
•
Place the cabinet so that it is not influenced by
heating equipment (radiators, baking ovens,
sunlight etc.) or draught (ventilation system, open
doors, signs above it etc.). Every influence will
impair the performance and give higher energy
consumption.
•
Also be sure to keep good air circulation in the
machine compartment. See to it that the venti-
lation openings are not blocked with card-board
boxes or similar placed on the floor. (2)
•
The cabinet must be level. This ensures good
function during operation and defrost.
•
The cabinet has its optimum function at an
ambient temperature between 15 and 25 ˚ C. At
higher temperatures than 30 ˚ C the cabinet should
not be used.
To do before you start using the cabinet
•
Clean the cabinet with a damp cloth using hot
water and a mild detergent. Wipe clean with a dry
cloth. Use special glass detergents for the glass to
avoid water deposits.
Important to know about the electrical
supply
•
Connect only to earthed mains supply, rating see
data plate, fused with at least a 10 Amp slow fuse.
Make sure that no other electrical equipment is
connected, as otherwise there is a risk that the
fuse will blow. Also make sure that the mains cable
is placed to avoid damage and the possibility of
being tripped over.
Loading and use
•
Wait 1 hour after transport the cabinet to its final
position then connect to the electrical supply.
•
Let the cabinet be cold before loading.
•
Use only prepacked goods max 32°C.
•
Do not load higher than the loadline sign (3).
•
Do not throw in heavy goods.
•
The electronic controller is set from the factory. If
another temperature is wanted ask factory for
correct settings. The electronic controller is placed
behind the end wall plate to the right seen from
the front (4). Adjustments must only be carried out
by authorized technian.
•
The thermometer normally show ca 2 ˚ C but could
during defrost, which takes place a couple of
times every 24h, show up to 5
˚ C for a short while.
The thermometer could show ca -2 ˚ C before the
end of pull down.
