Matched system

System Design

1. Intended for outdoor installation with free-air inlet and outlet. Outdoor fan external static pressure available is less than 0.01-in. wc.
2. Minimum outdoor operating air temperature in cooling mode is 55

3. Minimum outdoor operating air temperature in heating mode is –30

C).

4. Maximum outdoor operating air temperature in heating mode is 66

C).

5. Low-ambient operation accessory is not available.
6. Maximum outdoor operating air temperature is 125

F (51.7

°

C).

7. For reliable operation, unit should be level in all horizontal planes.
8. Maximum elevation of indoor coil above or below base of outdoor unit is: indoor coil above = 50 ft, indoor coil below = 100 ft. 
9. Interconnecting refrigerant tubing is limited to a maximum equivalent of 100 ft.

10. Not more than 3 ft of refrigerant tube should be buried in the ground. If necessary to bury tubes under a sidewalk, provide a minimum 6-in. vertical

rise to the valve connections at the unit.

11. Use only copper wire for electric connection at unit. Aluminum and clad aluminum are not acceptable for the type of connector provided.
12. Must be installed with factory-supplied hard shutoff, balanced port TXV (field installed) except for FK and FC Fan Coil units. (Bi-flow, hard 

shutoff, balanced port TXVs are factory installed.)
