Installing the Zone Ctrl II

Zone Ctrl II and

VAV Zone II Secondary Duct Installation and Start-up Guide

CAUTIONS

○

You

must

use the screws, anti-rotation slot's bushings, and o-rings that are shipped with the Zone Ctrl II.

○

Overtightening the screws so that the controller and actuator cannot move may damage the unit.

Hold down the Zone Ctrl II’s actuator release button and rotate the actuator clamp in the same direction that

closed the damper. Rotate the clamp until it stops, then rotate it back one notch.

Release the button.

Tighten the actuator clamp to the damper shaft by tightening the two M5 nuts.
