5.6 Short-Stroke Cylinder

Figure 18

1. Remove the printhead bracket (see chapter 5.4, page 31).

2. Remove the screws (A).

3. Press the ring of the respective push-in fitting (C) and carefully

remove this from the pneumatic tube (D).

4. Unscrew the push-in fittings (C) from the short stroke cylinders

(B).

1. Tighten the push-in fittings (C) to the new short stroke cylinders

(B).

2. Press the pneumatic tube into the push-in fittings and place the

short stroke cylinder.

3. Tighten the screws (A).

4. Reinstall the printhead bracket (see chapter 5.4, page 31).

NOTICE!

Before the mounting of push-in fittings (C), examine the
pneumatic tubes (D) for damage and replace them, if
necessary.
