FRONT AXLE ASSEMBLY
As shown in the picture, install the
front axle in the right place and fix it
with 8 Ø4x16 screws. Make sure
that the washers with bearings are
placed on the protruding rods and
that the steering column passes
through the hole in the center of the
axle.
INSTALLATION OF THE CHIMNEY
Turn the car sideways. Install the
chimney in the hole in the car body.
Secure the chimney with a Ø4x12
screw.
FRONT WHEEL INSTALLATION
As shown in the picture, put the
motor, washer, wheel, washer and
nut on the front axle in the correct
order. Then pull the wheel to make
sure the installation is correct.
Install the hubcap. On the other
side, do as above.
Check that the wheel turns freely. If
the gap between the thread and the
rim is too great, two or three
washers should be added.
Conversely, if the wheel is tightened
too much, it can damage the
engine.
STEERING WHEEL
INSTALLATION
Put the car on its wheels. Connect
the wires from the steering wheel to
the wires extending from the
dashboard. Hide the wires in the
hole in the car body. Install the
steering wheel on the column and
press it down until you hear a click.
