Confirm setting and select function.

START/STOP KEY
:
Press the KEY, system start to calculate, Press it again to stop.

RECOVERY KEY
:
Test fitness recovery function after user exercise one period.
5.
RESET KEY
Press RESET key, the function value blinking to wait for your resetting value.
Press & hold RESET key 2-seconds to return to control mode (MANUAL /
PROGRAM/USER/HRC/RACE) ET to zero.
Press & hold RESET key 2-seconds TWICE to total reset and come back initial setting
mode. ( set CLOCK / CALENDAR / TIME)

1. Option: Plug in AC Adaptor (

).
