Reverse this process to fit new 

blade, ensuring the blade teeth are 

facing forward, and teeth are pointing 

DOWN in your right hand.

4. 

Apply correct blade tension, and 

recheck tracking, alignment etc. as 

per instructions.

Refit the table infill and fence 

assembly and table alignment pin.

. SETTING THE 

    CUTTING HEIGHT

The upper blade guide should always 

be set as close as practical against 

the work. To adjust, loosen the wing 

nut at the side of the upper wheel 

housing, and set the blade guide to 

the required height. Tighten wing nut 

after setting.

 SAW TABLE TILT

1. 

For bevel cuts the saw table tilts 

steplessly through 45°. To tilt, loosen 

the wing nut on the table trunnions, 

set table to the required angle and 

tighten the wing nut again.

cuts in scrap wood.
