SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
Please read and follow the operating instructions carefully to ensure that you will enjoy the convenience
and best use of your inflator/deflator.
• Do not run this inflator/deflator for more than 10 minutes at a time. The inflator/deflator needs to be rested
for 5 minutes before resuming operation. DO NOT touch the inflator/deflator immediately after use. Only
touch the ON/OFF switch.
• This is a high volume, low pressure pump. It is intended to inflate/deflate items such as inflatable dinghies,
children’s swimming pools, air beds etc.
• Do not obstruct the inflation/deflation ports and keep them ventilated at all times.
• For fast inflation and shorter operation time, always use the most suitable attachment size for item valve.
IMPORTANT:
• It is strongly recommended that you keep the vehicle’s engine running while using the inflator/deflator to
prevent discharge of your vehicle’s battery. This means you should ONLY OPERATE THE INFLATOR/
DEFLATOR IN WELL VENTILATED AREAS. Inflator/deflator performance is also enhanced when operating
with the vehicle engine running.
• Keep the inflator/deflator free of sand, small rocks and other obstructions. Never allow obstructions to be
sucked in to inflation/deflation ports.
• Do not store or operate the inflator/deflator in moist or wet areas. Keep the inflator/deflator dry at all times.
TO INFLATE
1. Connect plug to DC 12V socket.
2. Join the attachment to inflation port using the connector.
3. Hold the inflator/deflator against the inflatable item valve and
switch ON (“–“) until the desired pressure is reached. Then
switch OFF (“O”).
4. The valve of the inflatable item should not be obstructed;
otherwise the inflator/deflator could overheat and be damaged.
5. Never use a deflation vent on an item when inflating.
6. For large items like inflatable dinghies or king sized air beds, you
may want to use the inflation port directly with the item. This
would provide faster inflation and shorten the operation time of
the inflator/deflator. At all times make sure to use the most
suitable attachment size for the item valve.
7. For items with a screw valve, you may want to unscrew the
valve entirely and inflate directly with the inflator/deflator.
TO DEFLATE
1. Connect plug to DC 12Vsocket.
2. Open the inflatable item valve.
3. Join the attachment to the deflation port using the connector.
4. Hold the inflator/deflator against the inflatable item valve and
switch ON (“–“) until the item is deflated. Then switch OFF (“O”).
5. The valve of the inflatable item should not be obstructed;
otherwise the inflator/deflator could overheat and be damaged.
6. For items with small valves, you may prefer to pinch the valve
with your fingers to open the inner valve gasket and allow air to
escape.
7. For items with a screw valve, you may want to unscrew the
valve entirely and deflate directly with the inflator/deflator .
