User-defined modes

Count-Down-Training
Power on the machine, press SET to enter TIME count-down training,
press it again to enter DISTANCE count-down training, press it once
more to enter CALORIE count-down training. Finally press CLEAR to
exit.

TIME Count-Down
Power on the machine, press SET, TIME figure glittering, showing
30:00. Press SPEED+,- to choose the time between 5-99minutes.
Press START to start at speed of 1.0km/h. Speed can be adjusted by
pressing SPEED+,-. The machine stops when time shows 00:00.

DISTANCE Count-Down
Power on the machine, press SET two times, distance figure
glittering, showing 1.0km. Press SPEED+,- to choose the distance
between 1.0-9.0km. Press
START to start at speed of 1.0km/h.Speed can be adjusted by pressing
SPEED+,-. The machine
stops when distance shows 0.00.

CALORIE Count-Down
Power on the machine, press SET three times, calorie figure
glittering, showing 50CAL. Press SPEED+,- to choose the calorie
between 10-990CAL. Press START
to start at speed of 1.0km/h.Speed can be adjusted by pressing
SPEED+,-. The machine stops
when calorie shows 0.
HRC training mode
1. When treadmill at stop state, press ”HRC”, enter the setting of this mode.
2. When window display”100”,press”+,-“to change target pulse value, the range is 72-190,then press
”START”, treadmill start to run, beginning speed is 1.0KM/H,Time window display 30:00 minutes
counting down, when counting down time is 0:00,treadmill stop automatically. At running state,
please hold on hand pulse slice with both hands, the speed will change according to actual pulse
value and target value, at the same time also can adjust the speed and incline level by hand.
3. When the actual value and target value differ with 5,the current speed and incline no change.
4. When actual pulse value more than the target value range of 5~25,the speed decrease 0.2km/h
every 10 seconds, incline level decrease 1level every 5 seconds.
5. When actual pulse value more than 25,the speed will decrease 0.5km/h every 5 seconds, incline
level decrease 1level every 3 seconds.
6. When actual pulse value less than the target value range of 5~25,speed will increase 0.2km/h every
10 seconds, incline will increase 1level every 5 seconds.
7. When actual pulse value less than target value 25 or more, the speed will increase 0.5km/h every
5seconds,incline will increase 1level every 3 seconds.
