Safety Instructions
Dear Customer,
Congratulations on purchasing this equipment. Please read this manual carefully and take care of the
following hints on installation and use to avoid technical damages. Any failure caused by ignoring the
items and cautions mentioned in the operation and installation instructions are not covered by our war-
ranty and any liability.
• Consult your physician before starting this or any exercise program. If at any time during exercise
you feel faint, dizzy, experience pain, stop and consult your physician.
• The machine is not a toy, keep all equipment and accessory piece away from children at all times.
The machine includes small parts that could cause choking.
• Maximum user weight should not exceed 100 kg.
• Keep finger, loose close clothing, and hair away from all moving parts. Tie back long hair. Remove
all jewellery prior to exercise on the machine.
• People such as children and handicapped persons should only use the machine in the presence
of another person who can give aid and advice.
• If you have a feeling of dizziness, sickness or other abnormal symptoms, please stop training and
consult a doctor immediately.
